Refund policy

We have a 90-day, Free 100% guaranteed return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@turboguitar.com. Please type "Return" in the subject line.

Also, please tell us why you are returning it. We will refund your money regardless of your reason; however, we want to know your experience so we can improve.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We want to know if something is wrong, so we can fix it. Thanks.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the purchase on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will send you an email notifying you that we have processed your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
