    Shipping Cost

    Shipping is 100% free within the US and Canada. For other destinations, we charge $15 for shipping.  

    Shipping Speed

    Your TurboTail will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. The length of time it takes to get to its destination will vary.  We use the fastest shipping option available.

    Packaging

    Our packaging materials are 100% recyclable and compostable. The materials we use are paper, cardboard and glassine envelopes. 

    Returns and Refunds

    We have a free 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. To start a return, contact us at hello@turboguitar.com. Please type "Return" in the subject line.

    In your email to us, please tell us why you are returning it. We will refund your money regardless of your reason; however, we want to know about your experience so we can improve.

    Once we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the purchase on your original payment method within 10 business days.

    We will send you an email notifying you that we have processed your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after we sent you that email, please contact us at hello@turboguitar.com.

    Damaged or Missing Parts or Other Issues
    Please inspect your order when you receive it.

    Contact us immediately if you received defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item. 

    We want to know if something is wrong, we will send you a new part or fix the issue in some other way. 

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
